As every winter, headchef Armand Arnal and head-waiter Michel Miahle’s team makes a break…to refill the battery, to find out new favours and to create new recipes. Everyone will be back for the re-opening on Thursday, February 21st 2008, as a foretaste of Spring. We announce surprises for the re-opening as cooking courses…further information will be published on our blog shortly.
