"A Symphony Toward Nature”

This grant rewards “the superlative land” expressed by a “chef who seeks his culture and inspiration deep in the soil of his land”. By awarding La Chassagnette with 4 "marmites", the Hubert Guide notes “an environment designed with spirit, preserved with care and run with genius. Armand Arnal has managed to adapt his technique and imagination to this world for experienced botanist, giving to his courses as much aspect as taste” writes the reviewer who concludes by “La Chassagnette, a symphony toward Nature”.

La Chassagnette is opened

It's spring time! La Chassagnette is opened since Thursday, March 15th after a few weeks of winter closure. The chef Armand Arnal and his team celebrate the reopening by glorifying season's flavors in your plate. The garden offers a wide range of colours and natural tastes with its vegetables, fruits and aromatic herbs. all is 100% organic (Ecocert certified).

At La Chassagnette's, the preservation of the environment is expressed by the will to work in partnership with local producers to reduce transports and so, ecological costs. Combining creative, healthy and contemporary cooking with the spirit of environmental duty is La Chassagnette and Heureuse Camargue's group philosophy.
