A new rosé wine on the menu

"This wine combines the festive spirit and the sharpness that one expects of a rosé wine, yet it is full-bodied enough to hold its flavour with any meal. It marries extremely well with Armand Arnal's cuisine", summarizes the wine-grower Jean-Marie Popelin. So, what's the secret? This rosé comes from two separate vinification processes, which are then bottled at the Chateau Haut-Musiel, at Domazan in the region of the Gard, which is 45 minutes away from Arles. It is to be tasted by the glass or by bottle at La Chassagnette, in the sunshine of the Camargue.
